JMK JM-601A+ supports wire cutting and stripping, connector pin insertion, single end tin dipping, twisting, non-standard customization, and flexible expansion of a number of additional functions. It adopts precision servo CNC system, can process 45-9999mm cable (customizable), 1-8 kinds of line color selection (standard 6 colors), support the production of AWG #18mm to AWG #28 wire number.

Main functions: 

The wire is cut off at a fixed length, do stripping at both ends, terminal crimped at a single end, inserted into a connector at a single end, dipped in tin at a single end, and stranded. 
Support non-standard customization, but also can flexibly expand a number of additional functions: solder, wear waterproof seal, wear heat-shrinkable pipe, numbering tube and so on.

JM-601A+ can be equipped with optional pressure monitoring and CCD image detection system, which can display real-time product image and crimping force curve, and conduct comparative analysis, and send out alarms when crimping defects and automatically sort out defective products. The whole process of quality control greatly saves labor costs, ensures product quality and improves production efficiency.
